We’re looking for 5 men who want to improve their current strength level to participate in our 2015 Strength Camp.

This unique results-driven program will not only give you the foundation to help you reach your strength goals, it will also provide you with the knowledge and support you need to succeed.

Our mission is to help you achieve your goals—whatever they might be—in the most efficient way possible. Our Strength Camp encompasses all aspects of strength and conditioning, including exercise, nutrition, sleep and balance—as all four are the essential building blocks for a strong and healthy life.

Using a personalized program designed to ensure that you achieve results, we will help you outline your goals, then provide you with all of the necessary tools you need to support those goals and keep you accountable along the way.

By signing up to take part in our 12-week program you will be given—

Program Includes

 

Option A – Brute Strength: $115/week

  • 3 Semi-Private Strength Training Sessions per week
  • Comprehensive Movement and Strength Assessment
  • Individualized Strength Training Program
  • Unlimited Group Training Sessions (FxFit Classes)
  • Comprehensive nutritional support including individualized nutrition ongoing support
  • Private Facebook Group Support
  • Strength and Conditioning/Kinesiology support every step of the way

Option B –  Essential Strength: $95/week

  • 2 Semi-Private Strength Training Sessions per week
  • Comprehensive Movement and Strength Assessment
  • Individualized Strength Training Program
  • Unlimited Group Training Sessions (Functional Fit Classes)
  • Comprehensive nutritional support including individualized nutrition ongoing support
  • Private Facebook Group Support
  • Strength and Conditioning/Kinesiology support every step of the way
