Semi-Private Membership Details

General Info:

Each session is one hour but you are welcome (and encouraged) to come early to get started with your warm up. Your program will be progressed every 4 weeks and we will re-assess your movement and or circumference measurements as needed. We are happy to set some special time aside for you to discuss your training goals and/or complete a more detailed re-assessment.

To book a strategy session with one of our coaches please fill out THIS form.

Weekly Billing:

Payments will be automatically processed on a weekly basis unless you freeze your account or cancel your membership.

Account Freezing Policy:

You may put your account on hold during a week(s) that you are not able to attend your training. To freeze your account please fill out THIS form to let us know the date in which you are leaving and when you are returning.

Term of Contracts:

Automatic Renewal/Cancellation. Semi-Private Training Memberships are billed weekly at the payment schedule/rate on file for the member’s original agreement.

You are welcome to cancel, change or freeze your membership by providing written notification to Balance In Motion a minimum of 1 week before the date you wish to make these changes. To do this, please email admin@balancemotion.com or fill out the forms located in the membership dashboard section of our website.

Session Reschedule/Cancellation Policy:

Member must notify Balance In Motion or his/her coach of the rescheduling of any session at least (24) hours prior to the start of such scheduled session. Failure to provide required notice will result with members being charged in full for this session.

Refund Policy:

The sessions that are purchased under this agreement are non-refundable.

Non-Transferability:

This Agreement is personal to the Member executing it hereof and may not be transferred or assigned to any other individual. Balance In Motion may assign or transfer this Agreement to a related or affiliated entity.

Loss of Property:

Balance In Motion shall not be liable for the disappearance, loss or theft of, or damage to personal property, including money, electronic/mobile devices or equipment or jewelry.
