No Bake Energy Balls

I need to preface this recipe with an apology.

These no bake energy balls are one of my favourite go-to snacks, so I have to apologize for not sharing the recipe with you sooner… as I know it will quickly become one of your favs as well. ????

As you may or may not know, I am a chocoholic. I also love peanut butter… so it should come as no surprise that these no bake energy balls combine both of those ingredients to make the perfect (mostly) healthy pre-workout snack.

The best thing about these energy balls (other than the taste) is that they literally take minutes to prepare. All you need to do is mix the ingredients together in a bowl, roll them into balls, place them in a freezer safe container and freeze them. Once frozen they’ll be ready for you to eat. But be warned, they are incredibly addictive. I prefer to keep mine frozen to keep them from getting eaten up feaster than they should… mostly by me.

Did I mention I was a chocoholic? ????

The only bad thing about this recipe is that it’s a little messy to prepare. But if you don’t mind having peanut butter and oats stuck to your hands, that won’t be an issue for you. ????

I hope you enjoy them!

Kelly
