Economical and effective, our Semi-Private Training program will give you personalized coaching from one of our kinesiologists in a shared training environment that will set you up for success.
Each Semi-Private Training session includes:
One 60-Minute Fitness Assessment
Before you get started with your Semi-Private Training program we sit down with you to discuss your medical history, goals and lifestyle, then administer a full postural assessment in addition to a Functional Movement Screen (FMS™) to help identify any imbalances, past or present injuries and/or faulty movement patterns that could be holding you back from reaching your goals.
Your Semi-Private Training program is 100% tailored to your needs and goals – built using the information acquired during your initial assessment. During each of your individualized training sessions we will provide you with ongoing direction to ensure that your technique is well executed. The unconditional support of our coaches will give you confidence in your workouts, while also helping you achieve the results that you have always wanted.
All of our Semi-Private Training sessions are guided by one of our highly educated kinesiologists. They show you how to perform each exercise, teach you how to use our training equipment, make sure that you are performing each exercise properly—to keep you free from injury—and progress your training as goals are met.
(Super) Small Group Training
Each Semi-Private Training session is made up of no more than four trainees – each working towards their own goal at their own pace.
Progressively Managed Coaching
Your program is based on your needs, goals and capabilities. We keep a record of how you are feeling during each session, and progress you program every four week to ensure that you are being appropriately challenge. This allows us to ensure that your body function, strength, stability and endurance steadily improve, while keeping you free from injury.
We hold you accountable to your goals while providing you with all the necessary support you need to achieve them—in a caring and positive environment. We guarantee that becoming a part of our BIM family will make you feel connected, encouraged and motivated without any unnecessary pressure.
An Open Book Approach
We believe that tracking your progress is important, and give you a book that includes your entire workout plan when you start with us. This allows you to keep track of your weight, and look back at your previous programming so that you can see how far you have come.
