I love smoothies, its all I have for breakfast. This is one of my favourites:
1/2 cup frozen fruit (i used mango, but switch it up with blueberries or strawberries
4 large kale leaves thick ribs removed (note: if you don’t have a powerful blender, use spinach as it blends better in a regular blender or magic bullet)
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of soaked raw almonds
1 teaspoon of flax oil
Then I add 1/2 coconut water and 1/2 cup organic almond milk to blend to desired consistency and pour over ice.
