A well executed golf swing is not all about swinging your club fast and hard. It’s about correct sequencing, sufficient stabilization and mobility.

As a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified fitness facility, our Golf Training program is designed to improve your movement and build-up your strength to improve how you move, how you feel and how you perform on the golf course.

What's Included

1-on-1 Strategy Session

This is the first step in our training process. We sit down with you to discuss your medical history, goals and lifestyle to figure out what you need to do to achieve the results you want.

Fitness Assessment

Factors like strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, stability, power, posture and nutrition all influence your body’s mechanics. Using a FMS™ test, we measure your ability to generate and transfer speed to determine the most efficient method of energy transfer for your body.

TPI Swing Analysis

Administering the same physical assessment used by Titleist to measure pro and amateur golfers, we put you through an array of tests to identify the physical deficiencies that are preventing you from achieving an optimal golf swing.

Custom Conditioning Program

Using the data pulled from your TPI analysis and fitness assessment, we prepare a custom exercise program to coincide with your CPGA instruction.

Strategic Strength Training Program

To optimize your golf performance we build you a strength training program that is designed to activate the muscles that play a role in shoulder, core and pelvic stability to facilitate proper biomechanics, core timing and rotational power.

TPI Certified Coaching

Not only is your coach a kinesiologist, they are also a certified fitness professional of the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). Your coach will carry out your fitness assessment, prepare your custom training program and guide you towards optimal performance.

We prepare your body for optimal performance by isolating your physical limitations, correlating these findings to your swing technique, then prescribing you with a custom exercise program that addresses both your fitness level and biomechanics.

Strategy SessionWe sit down with you to discuss your medical history, sport and training goals and any hurdles you may be experiencing.
Swing AnalysisWe identify the common swing characteristics that can lead to mechanical inefficiencies in your golf swing, and put you at greater risk for injury.
Customized Exercise ProgrammingWe prepare a personalized plan that specifically addresses all of the imbalances and restrictions revealed in your initial assessment.

Conditioning Program
We prepare a custom strength, conditioning and corrective exercise program that can be integrated into your CPGA professional instruction.
TPI Certified CoachingWe keep you safe from injury, progress you programming as goals are met and guide you towards an optimized golf swing and performance.
ReAssessmentWe reassess you every three to four weeks to make sure that you are achieving your goals and not developing any new imbalances or weaknesses.
