Personalized coaching in a shared training environment

Think of this program like personal training in a small group. You get the same personalized coaching as you would in a private class, but you share the space with 4 other people working towards similar goals to your own.

What does that mean for you? High-level training at an affordable price.

What's Included

Strategy Session

This is the first step in our training process. We sit down with you to discuss your medical history, goals and lifestyle to figure out what you need to do to achieve the results you want. This done at the same time as your Physical Assessment.

Physical Assessment

We conduct a postural screen, muscle imbalance testing and a Functional Movement Screen (FMS™) to help us identify any imbalances, past or present injuries and/or faulty movement patterns that could hold you back from reaching your goals.

Kinesiologist Support

We will show you how to perform each exercise, teach you how to use our training equipment, make sure that you are performing each exercise properly (to keep you free from injury) and progress your training as goals are met.

Goal Tracking

We give you a book that includes your entire workout plan when you start with us. This allows you to keep track of your weight and look back at your previous programming so that you can see how far you’ve come.

Personalized Exercise Programming

We tailor your exercise program to your goals, lifestyle, schedule and abilities to give you the exact training, nutrition and support system that you need to reach your fitness goals safely and effectively.

Progressively Managed Coaching

We keep a record of how you are feeling during each training session and advance your program every four week to ensure that your body function, strength, stability and endurance steadily improve, while keeping you injury/pain-free.

Accountability + Mindset Coaching

We provide you with mindset strategies and give you a support system to help you break habits, stay motivated and stick with your training program so that you see long-term success.

We recognize that everyone is different, and value those differences. We hold you accountable to your goals while providing you with all the support that you need to achieve them in a caring, positive and judgement-free environment.
